EAMON (TED) HESTER

Lurgan, Frenchpark, Co. Roscommon

November 23rd, 1931 - October 10th, 2025

Peacefully, with his family by his side in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle.

Predeceased by his brothers Bertie and Eugene, sister Eileen and recently

by his brother Paddy (October 7th, 2025).

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his heartbroken family, his wife Ruth, daughter Jill (Melvin), sons Bill (Maggie), Tim (Susan) and Jeff, grandchildren Katie, Lewis (Tanya) and Emma (Clemon), great-grandchildren Charlotte and Adam, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

At Rest.

Ted will repose in The Sharkey Funeral Home, Frenchpark on Tuesday from 5pm until 6.30pm, followed by a private Committal service in Sharkey’s Cremation Chapel, Loughglynn.
