Eamonn Gilroy

Eamonn (Giller) Gilroy of Ballybrack and formerly of Monkstown Farm, Co. Dublin, passed away on Sunday, 29th December, 2024, in the loving care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by his family, after a long illness courageously fought. Beloved husband of Marian, treasured father of Lee, Aoife, Tadhg and the late Wayne, adored grandad of Freddie, Oliver, Taylor, Lauren, Brooke and Mikeala and loving brother of Austin, Thomas, Gerard, Derek and Stephen. He will be sadly missed by his family, Aoife’s partner David, daughter-in-law Sharon, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, on Thursday (Jan. 2) from 6.00pm – 8.00pm. Funeral Service on Friday (Jan. 3) at 3.00pm in the Funeral Home, followed by Private Cremation. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to Blackrock Hospice.
