Eamonn Hughes

The death has occurred of Eamonn Hughes, Ashbourne, Co Meath, and formerly of Moyar, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, on May 30th 2024, peacefully, in the loving care of his family.

Very sadly missed by his loving wife Rose, devoted children Sharon and Paula, along with their husbands Davey and Shane, his adored grandchildren Alexandria, Isla and Saoirse Rose, brother Tommie, nephews, nieces, brothers in law, sisters in law and all his family circle and many good friends and neighbours.

Eamonn's family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the care of the staff, and friends, of St Mary's, in the Phoenix Park, with whom he spent many happy years.

The family have requested no flowers at this time.

May he Rest In Peace, at long last.

Eamonn's Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, 4th June at 10am in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. The Funeral Mass will be streamed live at https://kingscourtparish.ie/watch-live/
