It is with great sadness we bring to you the heartbreaking news of the death of our beloved Eamonn Nugent, son to Therese and Joe, husband to Sarah and brother to Ciara, son-in-law to Geraldine and Frank, brother-in-law to Andrew, Ciara and Katie. Following a prolonged illness, that he fought with such bravery, he passed away peacefully surrounded by all who he loved dearly on 30th October. Eamonn will be deeply mourned by his loving wife and parents’ and sister, aunties, uncles and cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law with whom he was especially close, his wide network of loyal friends and supportive colleagues.

 

Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91 V1K8), Galway on Friday, November 01, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Arriving at the Christ the King Church, Salthill on Saturday, November 02 in advance of Requiem Mass therein at 11 a.m. Following Mass Eamonn will be laid to rest, in Rahoon cemetery.
