Eamonn O'Sullivan

Loughlinstown, Dublin / Bray, Wicklow

Eamonn O’Sullivan of Shanganagh Vale, Loughlinstown and formerly of Killarney Park, Bray, died peacefully at his home on 20th November 2024.

 

Sadly missed by his heartbroken parents Maureen and John, siblings Brian, Sinead and Finbarr, stepfather Glen, stepmother Mags, sisters-in-law Rita and Teresa, brother-in-law Jasjeet, nieces and nephews Isabella, Dara, Juan Jose and Annya, grandparents Dick and Sheila, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.

 

Eamonn was loved and cherished by all who knew him and will be missed by his fellow residents and staff of Sugarloaf Lodge and colleagues and staff of Lean ar Aghaidh Day Centre, Bray.

 

We are deeply grateful to the staff of Sugarloaf Lodge led by Dominika, Maryam and Emeka and the staff of Lean ar Aghaidh led by Aoife who provided outstanding care, love and support to Eamonn over many years.

 

We would also like to thank Dr Peter Boles, the cardiac staff at the Mater Hospital and the Community Palliative Care Team for looking after him, particularly in his last weeks.

 

Eamonn lived a life full of love, humour and mischief and leaves a huge gap in our lives.

 

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, on Monday, 25th November, from 4.00pm – 6.00pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, 26th November, at 10.00am in the Church of St. Columbanus, Loughlinstown Drive, Loughlinstown, Dublin 18, followed by burial in Woodbrook Natural Burial Ground, Killane, Co. Wexford.
