CUNNINGHAM: 21 Convent Street, Tallow, Co. Waterford. On 8th September 2025, Eddie (President of Tallow GAA Club), peacefully, at his home surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of the late Geraldine (Ger) (nee Hughes), brother of the late Phyllis, Chris, Anne, Margaret and Marsie.

 

Deeply regretted by his loving daughters Karen Allender, Val Cunningham and Orla Gleeson, sons-in-law Sean Gleeson and Karen’s partner Kash, grandchildren Leo, Nell, Amy and Katie, brother-in-law Aidan, sisters-in-law Rose and Angela, nephews, nieces, relatives, especially Alice, his kind neighbours and a large circle friends.

Lying in repose at Aidan Walsh & Sons Funeral Home Tallow,

on Tuesday evening September 9th 2025 from 4.00pm to 7.00pm,

followed by removal

Via Tallow GAA Club grounds,

from where, Members of Tallow GAA Club will form a guard of honour

on route to

the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tallow.

 

Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning September 10th 2025

at 11.00am.

Followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery
