Eddie (Eamonn) MacEoin

MacEoin (Old Chapel, Bandon and late of Skibbereen) on December 27th 2024 peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Marymount Hospice. Eddie (Eamonn) (Retired Garda Superintendent), dearly loved husband of Teresa, and father of Aoife, Eimear and Daire.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, sons-in-law John and Fergal, daughter-in-law Eleanor, grandfather (Pops) to Laoise, James, Keelin, Tadhg, Alice, Fiadh and Tiernan, brothers and sisters Larry, Mairead, Seamus, Gearoid and Rita, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.

Eddie will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Bandon on Sunday from 3pm followed by prayers at 6pm.

Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am in St. Patrick's Church, Bandon which will be livestreamed on www.bandonparish.ie/live/, funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.

House Private. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Marymount Hospice and/or Cancer Trials Ireland.
