The death has occurred of Eddie (Edmond) Gleeson, Main Street, Kilfinane, Co. Limerick, June 28th 2025 very peacefully at St John's Hospital Limerick, in his 97th year surrounded by his loving family. Very deeply regretted by his loving wife Christina (nee Hanrahan), devoted daughters Orla and Cora, son Brian, son in law Liam, brother Paddy, sisters Elsie and Mary, loving grandchildren Aoife, Gillian, Darren, Lorna, Aisling, Ciara and Kieran (the favourite), great grandchildren Clara, Oisín and Eloise, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, very kind neighbours and a large circle of good friends.
May He Rest in Peace
Reposing this Monday evening, 30th, from 6pm, at J McCarthy & Sons Funeral Home, Kilfinane, followed by evening prayers at 8pm. Removal to arrive Tuesday for 12noon Requiem Mass at St Andrew's Church, Kilfinane followed by burial afterwards to the local cemetery.
