Eddie Egan, King Island, Tasmania, Australia and formerly of Ballykeeffe, Cuffesgrange, Co. Kilkenny.

Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness bravely borne, in Australia on Sunday, 8th February 2026

Pre-deceased by his parents Tom and Mary.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sorrowing family, his brothers Danny, Michael, and Tommy, his sisters Agnes, Joan, Marie and Kathleen, sisters-in-law Jo, Pauline and Priscilla, brothers-in-law Connie, Ray and Anthony, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends in Australia and Ireland.

May Eddie Rest in Peace

In accordance with Eddie’s wishes, his body will be donated to medical science in Australia.

A memorial mass for Eddie will be held in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Kilmanagh in the coming weeks.
