The death has occurred of
Eddie Joe (Eamon) Sheehan
Eddie Joe (Eamon) peacefully passed away at Aberdeen Royal Infirmany on Wednesday 6th August 2025, aged 81 years. Predeceased by his mother Rose Gallagher, Ardara, Co. Donegal and adopted parents Denis and Julia Sheehan, Tureencahill, Co. Kerry. He is survived by his wife Bernie Sheehan (Griffin), and sons Eamon and Tony. His grandchildren Tom, Eva, Samuel and Joseph will miss 'Grandad Ireland'.
Eddie Joe led a full and adventurous life making friends across Ireland, England and Scotland.
He will be cremated in Aberdeen and his ashes returned to Ireland as per his wishes. A Month's Mind remembrance service will be held in Ireland on the 12th September at 7pm at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Gneeveguilla.
