The death has occurred of Eddie Lee. Inver Park, Carrickmacross. 2nd April 2026. In his 90th year. Peacefully, surrounded by his cherished family, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Rose; his parents Thomas & Margaret, his brothers Pat, Michael, Fr Hugh, Fr Terry, Tommy & Brendan and his sister Annie.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his beloved family; his daughter Louise and his son Mark (Australia), his son-in-law Nigel McGivney, his much-loved grandchildren; Abbie, Rebecca, Lewis, Shane, Toni & Brandon, his sisters Mary & Josephine and his brother Aidan, his extended family, friends & neighbours.

Eddie will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Good Friday, 3rd April, from 4pm until 7pm.

Eddie's funeral cortège will leave his home, Inver Park, on Easter Sunday, 5th April, proceeding on foot to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, arriving at 9:20am for Funeral Mass at 9:30am, followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
