Clerkin Funeral Directors regret to announce that the death has occurred of Eddie Mc Kenna (Hughie), Carrachor, Scotstown, Co Monaghan on Friday 9th of January suddenly but very peaceful

 

Predeceased by his wife Sheila, parents Jimmy and May, older brother Johnny and his sister Patricia.

 

Forever loved and cherished by his son Dara (Emer) and daughter Grainne (Barry Mc Namee), his much-loved grandchildren, Sheenagh, Caolán, Aoife, Aoibheann, Niall and Darren. Lovingly remembered by his brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, his nephews, nieces, relatives, friends, neighbours and all who knew and loved him.

Eddie will be reposing at his home in Carrachor, Scotstown, on Saturday (10th) and on Sunday (11th) from 2pm until 9pm. Eddie’s family will walk alongside him from his home on Monday morning at 10:15am to arrive to St Marys Church, Urbleshanny for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral Mass will be live streamed though Tydavnet Parish RC Churches Facebook page.
