The death has occurred of
Eddie Scully
Eddie Scully (Stephen Street, Kilkenny City) died peacefully on Saturday 30th November in University Hospital Waterford, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents John and Johanna (Dolly) nee Phelan and his sister Mary (Nolan). Eddie will be deeply missed by his daughter Lisa, brother Johnny, sisters Sheelagh and Phyllis. Forever missed by his grandson Woden and granddaughter Skye, his aunts Pauline, Sarah and Sheila Mary (Australia) and in particular his good friends Jimmy and Mary Dunne, and Maggie Doyle, also Elaine, Tommy, Cian, Ryan, Ella and Aine Rose, his extended family, nieces, nephews, excellent carers, loyal neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
MAY EDDIE REST IN PEACE
Eddie will be reposing in Shasby’s Funeral Home Kilkenny City on Tuesday 3rd December 2024 from 5pm to 7pm with rosary and vigil prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Cathedral on Wednesday morning (4th) at 11am followed by burial in St. Kieran’s Cemetery.

The Funeral Cortege will walk past Eddie’s residence via Stephen Street én route to St. Kieran’s Cemetery from St. Mary’s Cathedral.
