The death has occurred of
Edgar (Fred) Eakin
Peacefully on Monday, 19th January 2026 at his home. In his 100th year.
Pre-deceased by his beloved daughter Laraine.
Fred will be dearly missed by his devoted and loving wife Jean, daughter Irene, son Edgar, daughter-in-law Carol. Also by Kyle, Jamie, Jeffrey, Jessica, Saphran, Sorrel, his nieces, nephews and the family circle.
Funeral service in Corvally Presbyterian Church, eircode A81 FY50, on Thursday, 22nd January at 1pm. Interment afterwards in Carrickmaclim Burial Grounds
Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Fred if so desired to Corvally Presbyterian Church Repair Fund (Cheques made payable to same) C/o Conly Funeral Directors, Ballybay, Co.Monaghan or any family member.
Callers are welcome to the family home on Wednesday, 21st January from 3pm until 8pm.
