Edith Ward
(née Abraham)

Formerly of Ballyhoran Camross Mountrath County Laois. Edith passed away peacefully on 20th December 2025 at home in the care of her son and daughter. Predeceased by her husband Denis and her brothers and sisters Barbara, Dick, Tom, Geraldine and Eric.

Edith will be lovingly remembered and missed beyond words by her loving son Adrian, daughter Gillian, son-in-law Adam, granddaughter Emily, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family and her close group of friends.

Reposing at Mahers Chapel of Rest Portarlington (eircode R32 X5XV) on Sunday evening from 5pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. Removal from her residence on Monday at 2pm (travelling via Foxcroft Street) arriving St Paul's Church French Church Street (eircode R32 DW77) for Funeral Service at 2:30pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.
