The death has occurred of
Edmond (Ned) Walsh
The death has taken place of Edmond (Ned) Walsh, Garryadeen, Grenagh, who passed away peacefully at the Mercy University Hospital, Cork on January 29th 2025, beloved husband of Margaret, and loving father of Marie, David, Claire and the late Nuala and brother of the late Mary Donovan.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, sister Joan, daughter-in-law Mary and her daughter Kayleigh, sister-in-law Agnes, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May He Rest In Peace.
Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Saturday (February 1st) from 6pm with Prayers at 7.30pm.
Reception into St. Lachteen's Church, Grenagh on Sunday (February 2nd) for 11am Mass.
Funeral afterwards to the local cemetery.
A special thanks to the Carers from Homeinstead, the Blarney Public Health Nurses and the Staff at Brídhaven Nursing Home, Mallow for all their kind care and attention in recent times.
