Edmond Stack

The death has occurred of Edmond Stack, formerly of Lartigue Drive, Sandhill Rd. Ballybunion who passed away peacefully on 20th March in his 94th year, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Tess, his parents, Edmond and Catherine, brothers, William, James and Joe, his sisters, Peggy, Norrie and Kathleen, "the magnificent seven".

Edmond will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his loving and devoted children, daughter, Katrina and son E.J. son-in-law, Terry, his cherished grandchildren, Amy, Tess and Adam, great-grandchildren, Ella, Millie and Amber, sadly missed by his grandson-in-law, Eoghan and partners Kira and Dan.

A man who found great joy on the fairways, Edmond will be remembered by many for his lifelong love of golf and the friendships made on the course.

Edmond's family wish to extend a special thanks to the wonderful staff of Haywood Lodge, Clonmel for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Edmond and his family during his time there.

Reposing in Lynch's Funeral Home, Ballybunion on Monday 23rd March from 5.00-7.00pm. Edmond`s funeral cortege will arrive at St. John's Church, Ballybunion for Requiem Mass at 12 Noon on Tuesday 24th March (livestreamed on www.facebook.com/stjohnsparishballybunion). Burial will take place immediately afterwards in Killehenny Cemetery.
