BURKE (Bishopstown, Cork); On December 2nd, 2024, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff in Marymount University Hospital and Hospice,EDWARD (late of U.C.C), beloved husband and best friend of Ursula and loving father of Fiona, Aoife, Aidan, Brian and the late Kieran and adored grandad of Alice, Eva, Joe, Lily, Sarah, Sophia, Emily and Cormac and dear brother of the late Brian.

 

Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, sons-in-law Eddie and Richard, daughters-in-law Orlagh and Karen, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

 

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Wednesday (December 4th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 12.00noon on Thursday (December 5th) in the Church of the Real Presence, Curraheen Road which can be viewed

Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock.
