Edward (Eddie) Carolan

Carolan, Edward (Eddie) -21st January 2026, (Clontarf and formerly of Gorteen, Co Offaly. Peacefully in his 98th year in the exceptional care of the staff at Fern Dean Stepaside surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband to the late Susie, adored father to Angela, Tracy, Suzanne, Paddy, Catherine, and Simon, cherished brother to Lily, father-in-law to Declan, Tony, Jim, Kristen, Pat and Ellie. Treasured grandfather to Seana, Stephen, Katie, Hannah, Sam, Patrick, Tom, Oliver, Ellen, Isobel and Zoe, brother-in-law to Ann and Terry. Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, his extended family, dear friends, carers and neighbours.

Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock (D13 E0A2) on Saturday 24th January from 2pm to 4pm. Removal on Monday 26th January to the Church of St John the Baptist, Clontarf (D03 ND73) arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.
