Edward (Eddie) Lynch

Edward (Eddie) Lynch (Carlingford Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9) November 28th 2022, in his 96th year. (peacefully), in the loving care of the staff at The Woodlands Unit, Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown and previously at Elm Green Nursing Home, Castleknock. Beloved husband of the late Rita and dear father of Edward, Gary, Alan and the late Norman. Sadly missed by his loving sons, daughters-in-law Elmas, Anne and Sandra, grandchildren Stephanie, Kevin, Stephen, David and Gary, great-grandchildren Frankie and Hollie, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Thursday evening (1st December) from 6pm until 8pm. Removal to St. Columba’s Church, Iona Road on Friday morning (2nd December) arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.30am followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery (St. Paul’s Section). The family would like to especially thank the wonderful and caring staff of Elm Green Nursing Home where Eddie resided for the past three years and the medical care team in Woodlands Unit, Connolly Hospital.
