The death has occurred of
Edward (Eddie) McKenna (Biddy)
We are saddened to announce the death of Edward (Eddie) McKenna (Biddy), Killybern, Carrickroe, Emyvale, Co Monaghan, H18 KR66. Monday 16th February, peacefully at Cavan General hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Pre deceased by his wife Philomena, parents Margaret & Owen, brothers James & Eugene, sisters Kathleen & Mary, brothers in-law and sisters in law.
Eddie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family; sons Eugene (Rosemary), Eamon, Seamus (Bernie) and daughter Madge (John), grandchildren Claire (Adam), Denise (Darren), Lisa (Cathal), Joanne (Aidan), Lorraine (Shane), Ciarán (Shannon), Amie (Paul), Darragh (Neasa), Leona, Aoife, his 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May Eddie's gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Eddie’s remains will repose at his home in Killybern (H18 KR66) on Tuesday from 6pm - 9pm and Wednesday from 2pm - 9pm.
Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 11am at St. Patrick’s Church, Clara. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery alongside his beloved wife Philomena.
