Edward (Eddie) Meany

Eddie died peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the care of the wonderful staff at Willen Hospice, Bucks. Pre-deceased by his parents Michael and Catherine (Nolan). Deeply missed by his adoring wife Sally (Cuggy), his daughter Sinéad, son Gavin, son-in-law Giles, Gavin's partner Anna. Treasured grandfather to Finn, Felix, Pia, Otto, and Ariella. Very sadly missed by his brother Paddy, sisters Anna and Betty, brother-in-law Ned, sisters-in-law Marie, Thérése and Mari, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and friends

Rest in Peace

Funeral Mass on Thursday, 26th September, at 11am in Jenkinstown Church (R95 NN67), followed by burial in St Lachtain’s Cemetery, Freshford. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Willen Hospice an independent hospice and charity. Set beside a beautiful lake, Willen Hospice was an absolute haven of peace for Eddie and his family. It gives patients like Eddie marvellous care and compassion both in the hospice and at home. It is majority funded by voluntary donations. Donation box also in Church.
