Edward (Eddie) Rogers

The death has occurred, in his 89th year, of Edward (Eddie) Rogers, Castlelumney, Dunleer, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the doctors and staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his loving family.

Eddie, beloved husband of Julia (née Smith) and loving father of Mary, David, Teresa and Patrick. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Ellen and his brother Johnny.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife, sons, daughters, sister Mary, brother Br. Oliver (Pat), grandchildren Sinead, Stephen, Conor, Aoife, Cormac, Justin and Katelyn, great-grandchildren Little Eddie, Paidí and Shea, son-in-law Niall, daughters-in-law Fiona and Caroline, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Eddie will repose at his home (A92 AP64) on Saturday from 1pm until 8pm.

Removal on Sunday to The Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, Tenure arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm which can be viewed live at https://www.churchservices.tv/monasterboice. Burial afterwards in Mosstown cemetery.
