The death has occurred of
Edward (Eddie) Sheehy
Sheehy (Gurteen, Bandon) on January 31st 2022 in the care of the Staff at Cork University Hospital and in the presence of his loving wife. Edward (Eddie), beloved husband and best friend of Peggy (nee Cronin), and brother of the late Morgan, Diarmuid and the recently deceased Eugene and brother-in-law of the late Mary Kiely and Dan Coakley.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, sister Catherine (Coakley), brother John-Joe, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, the Kiely family, neighbours, relatives and many friends.
Lying in repose at his home (Eircode P72A034) on Tuesday evening from 5pm followed by prayers at 7pm.
Eddie's Funeral Cortege will leave his home on Wednesday at 11.15am approx. via Gurteen Cross and Curraclough en route to St. Patrick's Church, Bandon for Requiem Mass at 12 noon which will be livestreamed on www.bandonparish.ie/live/, funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.
