Edward (Eddie) Travers

Travers, Edward (Eddie), Johninstown, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, June 2nd 2024, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the care of staff of Craddock House Nursing Home, Naas. Predeceased by his brothers Joseph and Billy, by his sister Anne (Callan) and by his niece Geraldine. Lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his devoted wife of 54 years Mary (née Coughlan), sons Eamon and Dónal, son-in-law Liam, daughter-in-law Beatrice, grandchildren, Ellen, Daniel and Leo, his sister Mary (O’Connell), his brother Paddy, his nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

Reposing at his home from 4pm to 8pm on Monday (June 3rd). Removal from his residence on Tuesday (June 4th) at approx. 11:30am to arrive at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Rathcoffey, for 12 noon Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Mainham Cemetery, Clane. Those who are unable to attend the funeral, please leave a personal message for the family in the condolences section below.
