Edward (Eddie) Uzell

Peacefully, at home, surrounded by the endless love and care of his devoted family.

Cherished husband and lifelong best friend of Bernie, and adored father of Lisa, Sharon, Stephanie and Edward.

Beloved son of the late Mary and Edward, and predeceased by his dear sisters Teresa and Maureen.

Eddie will be remembered with deep love and affection by his wife and children, his treasured sister Winnie, his adored grandchildren Cian, Robyn, Reece, Dawson and Sonny, his children’s partners, his close friend Hughie, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, colleagues and the many friends whose lives he touched with his warmth and kindness.

Formerly of Summerhill and Dublin City Council (Roads Maintenance), Eddie carried his gentle spirit and sense of friendship wherever he went.

He will be forever missed, and always lovingly remembered.

Reposing at his home (house private). Removal on Saturday morning, 30th, to Saint Joseph’s Church, Poppintree, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am, followed by burial at Dardistown Cemetery.
