Ned passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family in the tender and loving care of the nurses and staff of Aperee Living, Churchtown, Co. Cork on Tuesday, August 13th, 2024.

 

Beloved husband of the late Kathleen (née Riordan) and much loved father of Mary (Fitzgerald), Josie (Dewender), Mike, and Breda (Grogan), cherished grandfather of Sean, Eamonn, Karen and great-grandfather to Sasha, Freya, Erin and Harper.

 

Dear brother of Mary Theresa (Flannelly) and the late Mick, Paddy, Ellen, David and Willie.

 

Deeply regretted by his loving family, sons-in-law John, Paul, and the late John, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

 

 

May Ned Rest in Peace

 

Reposing in Hawe - O'Keeffe's Funeral Home (P56 YY15), Bakers Road, Charleville, on Thursday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, followed by Prayers.

 

Reception into St. Munchin's Church, Rockhill on Friday morning for Requiem Mass at midday, after which Ned will be laid to rest in Castletown Conyers Cemetery.

 

 

 

 

 

The family would very much like to thank the management, nurses and staff of Aperee Living, Churchtown, Co. Cork for the excellent care and kindness shown to Ned during his time in their home.
