Edward (Ned) Galvin,

Gallen, Ferbane, Offaly.

Edward, fondly known as Ned, died on September 19th 2023, unexpectedly but peacefully at home. He was predeceased by his beloved parents, James and Helena Galvin, sisters Mary and Barbara, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law, and was late of Hamill's Garage and Bord na Móna, Blackwater.

Ned will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving wife Kitty and family, Declan, James, Anne and Barbara, grandchildren, Lauren, Eva, Sean, Grainne and Jacob, sister Lelia, daughters-in-law, Ellen and Maeve, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Grant Ned Eternal Rest and Peace

Ned will repose at his home on Thursday (Sept.21st) from 4pm to 8pm.

Removal on Friday morning (Sept. 22nd) to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ferbane where his Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11am and may be viewed on http://www.ferbaneparish.ie

Interment afterwards in Gallen Cemetery.

House private on Friday morning, please.
