Edward (Ned) Sweeney

Sweeney, Edward (Ned), (Killester, Dublin / Kilkenny City), died on 14th February 2023. Peacefully in the company of his loving family in the tender care of Raheny House. Forever loved by his wife, Ann and sons Tony, Kevin and Brian. Dear brother of Mary, Jim., and pre-deceased bothers Pat and Joe. Sadly missed by daughters-in-law, Mary, Caitriona and Helen, grandchildren Sinéad, Rory, Sian, Lily, Carl, Juliet and Mark, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home, 30 Springdale Road, Raheny D05 EE97 on Thursday, February 16th, from 4pm until 6pm. Requiem Mass at 10am on Friday, 17th February, in St Brigid’s Church, Killester D05 P983, which may be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/killester 
Burial afterwards to Balgriffin Cemetery. Family flowers only please – donations, if desired, to Dementia Ireland
