Edward (Teddy) LAMBE

Edward (Teddy) Lambe. Thursday 21st January 2021. Peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family after being lovingly cared for by Aoife Shanahan and his medical team. Former Principal of St. Patrick's National School, Kilcurry. Beloved husband of Marie (née McCourt) and dear dad of Frances, Maureen, Patricia, Sinéad and Annemarie, Predeceased by his parents Owen and Winifred, brother Gene, sister Olive and son in-law John Shortt. He will be sadly missed with love by his wife, daughters, sister Julia Kirke, sons in-law Aengus, Liam, Anthony and Jody, grandchildren Éanna, Aoife, Bláthnaid, Liam, Sadhbh, Manus, Ferdia and Alex, sister in-law Susie, nephews, nieces, members of the Family of God Community, wonderful friends and neighbours.

Lord Rest His Gentle Soul

Due to level 5 restrictions on funeral ceremonies, Teddy's funeral will be private for family only with Church numbers limited. The community may wish to pay their respects when the cortege leaves the family home on Sunday morning at 11.40am driving to The Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Brid a Chrin arriving for Private Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
