Eileen Barrett
(née Danagher)

The death has occurred of Eileen Barrett (née Danagher) of Crohane, Ballingarry and formerly Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, peacefully on 26th January 2024 aged 92 in the loving and tender care of the staff at Padre Pio Nursing Home Holycross.

Predeceased by her loving husband Liam and her sister Kathleen.

Fondly remembered and sadly missed by her daughters Breda (Quirke), Dolores (Bourke), Helen (Linnane), Yvonne (O'Sullivan), Laurie (Kirby), sons Seán and Michéal, sons in law, daughter in law, adored grandchildren and great grandchildren, her close cousins Séan O'Brien and Michael Danagher, sisters in law Helen Tynan and Josie Fitzgerald, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours.

Lying in repose at her daughter Dolores' house Monslatt, Killenaule (E41 KR53) on Tuesday 30th January from 4pm to 8pm. Eileen will be arriving at St. Mary's Church Killenaule on Wednesday 31st January for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed by burial afterwards at the Church of the Immaculate Conception Cemetery Drangan. Mass can be viewed at www.churchcamlive.ie/killenaule
