Knockardbane, Liscarroll and late of Galboola Cross, Littleton, Thurles.

 

Eileen (the Donkey Sanctuary) passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving husband and family in Aperee Living (formerly Padre Pio), Churchtown on Monday, November 13th, 2023.

Beloved wife of Paddy, much loved mother of Deborah, Helen, Eileen and Patrick and cherished grandmother of Rachel, Lianne, Sarah, Gemma, Elodie, Freya, Darragh, Patrick, Ellen Rose and Odhrán. Dear sister of Liam, Paddy, Denis, John, Jerry, Mary and the late Tom, Eddie, Noel, Michael Stykes, Philip and Noreen.

Deeply regretted by her loving husband, family, sons-in-law Tim Daly, Timmy Healy, John O' Riordan, daughter-in-law Eileen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing in O'Keeffe's Funeral Home, Bank Place, Buttevant (P51 N2NP), on Wednesday evening (November 15th) from 5:30pm to 7:30pm followed by Prayers.

Reception into St. Joseph's Church, Liscarroll on Thursday morning for Requiem Mass at noon, after which Eileen will be laid to rest in St. Brigid's Cemetery, Buttevant.

 

The family would like to give special thanks to the nurses, staff and carers at Aperee Living, Churchtown, for the wonderful care and affection they showed to Eileen during her time in their care.
