Eileen Byrne
(née Glancy)

Crumlin, Dublin

Byrne (née Glancy) Eileen, (late of Crumlin) 9th February 2026; passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of St. James’ Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Christopher, loving mam of Elaine and Christopher and adored nanny to all her wonderful grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great granddaughter.

 

Eileen will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her heartbroken daughter, son, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-granddaughter, son-in-law Christopher, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and her wide circle of friends.



May her gentle soul rest in peace

 

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Friday (13th February) from 3pm to 5pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday (14th February) at 10am in St. Bernadette’s Church, Clogher Road followed by cremation in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium arriving at approximately 11.30am.
