Eileen CANAVAN
(née O'Neill)
Eileen Canavan (née O’Neill) of 21 St Patrick’s Avenue, Carlow, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on August 22nd, 2024, at The Sacred Heart Hospital, Carlow.
Beloved mother of Edward and Lisa, much loved Grandmother of Colin, Zach, Lochlann, Rowan, and Jacob and cherished sister of Joseph, Martin, Peter, Esther, Anne Marie, Gerry and the late Richie, Pat, Ned and Breda.
She will be sadly missed by her loving son, daughter, grandchildren, son-in-law Colin, daughter-in-law Paula, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May Eileen’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her home, 21 St Patrick’s Avenue, Carlow (Eircode R93 W8C1), on Friday, August 23rd, from 3pm, concluding with Prayers at 7pm that evening. Removal from there on Saturday at 10.30am to Holy Family Church, Askea, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.
