Eileen Carew
(née Fleming)
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Eileen Carew (née Fleming) of Monour, Galbally, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Scartaglin, Co. Kerry, who passed away peacefully on 28th December 2024, surrounded by her loving family after a short illness in the loving care of St. John’s Hospital, Limerick. Beloved wife of the late Tim and much-loved mother of Seán, Pádraig, Tim, Aileesh, Michael, Paul and Brendan. Sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law PJ, daughters-in-law Maria, Martina, Marian and Anne, cherished grandchildren Anna, Freddy, Jonas, Maeve, Emer, Niall, Aideen, Christopher, Alice, Ciara, Conor, Shane, Leah, Áine, Tadhg, Úna, Liam, Róisín and Maria, sisters May, Sr. de Lourdes (Nuala), Sr. Angela (Kay), brothers Pat and the late Canon Michael Fleming, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and many friends.

Lying in Repose in The Chapel of Peace, Fraser's Funeral Home, Galbally, Co Limerick E34 AE22 on Tuesday December 31st 2024 from 5.30 to 7pm followed by removal to Church of Christ the King, Galbally. Requiem Mass on Wednesday 1st of January 2025 at 11am, after which Eileen will be laid to rest in the local cemetery.
