Eileen Collins
(née O'Callaghan)
Eileen COLLINS (Cork). On March 22nd, 2025 peacefully in the presence of her loving family and in the exceptional care of the Mercy University Hospital, EILEEN (nee O’Callaghan), Model Farm Road, beloved wife of Ted and loving mother of Rachel, Yvonne and Sharon, sister of Jim and the late Helen. Dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, daughters, her cherished grandchildren Oisín, Darragh, Aoife, Abi, Lauryn, Darcey & Sasha, brother, sons-in-law Padraic, Ash & Kav, extended family, relatives and friends.
Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Monday (24th) from 6:00pm to 7:00pm with prayers at 6:45pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (25th) at 11:00am at the Church of the Holy Spirit, Dennehy’s Cross. (Eileen’s Requiem Mass will be livestreamed at https://www.churchservices.tv/holyspiritcork) Cremation afterwards at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy. Family flowers only.
