Eileen (Dodie) Horgan, (née Comer), Cluain Dara, Tralee, Co Kerry. Died peacefully on 29 th December 2025, in the exceptional care of the staff of Fatima Home, Tralee, with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Declan Horgan. Dodie will be sadly missed by her sons Tim and Rossa, her daughters Mary and Margaret, her best friend and daughter-in-law Ruth, her brother Gerry Comer, her sister-in-law Patricia Comer, daughter-in-law Siobhan, son-in-law Charles and Mary’s partner Richard, her 12 grandchildren, nephews and nieces, relatives, neighbours, many friends and staff in Fatima Home. Predeceased by her brother Simon Comer and sisters Maureen Daly, Una Callaghan, Biddy Fitzgerald, Norrie Buckley and Fin
Lyons.

Reposing in the Rose Chapel, Hogan's Funeral Home, Tralee, Thursday 1st January 2026 from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Funeral Cortége arriving at St. John's Church, Tralee, Friday 2nd January at 9.30am for Requiem Mass for Dodie which will be celebrated at 10.00am and Live streamed on www.stjohns.ie after which Eileen (Dodie) will be laid to rest in New Rath Cemetery.
