Eileen Duhig

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Duhig late of Uregare, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick who passed away peacefully at Beechlodge Care Facility, Bruree on 28th February 2026 in her 102nd year.

Predeceased by her husband James, daughter Anne, sons Garry and Val, and her beloved granddaughter Aoife Halpin.

Very sadly missed by her daughter Helen, sons-in-law Tom and Ben, grandchildren Mark, Fergal, Ruairidh and Sadhbh, granddaughters-in-law Fiona and Sinéad, great-grandchildren Tom, Lily, Sienna and Hugo, and a wide circle of relatives, friends and good neighbours.

May She Rest in Peace.

Eileen will repose at Butler's Funeral Home, Bruff this Tuesday evening, 3rd March, from 5:30 pm with removal to The Holy Trinity Church, Dromin at 7 pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday, 4th March, at 12 noon followed by burial in Dromin Cemetery.
