The death has occurred of Eileen Kearney (née Reilly), late of Crumlin and Ballyfermot. Peacefully, on the 12th of October 2025, surrounded by her loving family and in the care of the wonderful staff at Lexington House Nursing Home, Clondalkin.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Jack Kearney and her grandson Shane Walsh.

Sadly missed by her children Annette, Linda and Terry; her grandchildren Simon, Robert, Rachel, Kevin, Ciara and Faye; her great-grandchild Sadhbh; her sister Betty; sons-in-law Michael and Jimmy; daughter-in-law Joyce; as well as her wider extended family, neighbours and friends.

The Kearney family would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the wonderful staff at Lexington House for their kindness, dedication and the compassionate way they cared for Eileen.

May Eileen’s beautiful soul, so long bound, soar to greater heights.

Reposing in Lexington House Nursing Home, Monastery Road (D22 F2N2) on Wednesday from 4pm to 6pm. Funeral Mass Thursday at 11.30am in St Agnes’s Church, Crumlin Village (D12 KC99) followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery (D20 Y240) arriving at approximately 1.30pm.
