EILEEN (Eily) BURKE (née Donegan) Roches Terrace, Midleton.

 

Eily passed away on September 27th 2024 surrounded by her loving family, in the tender care of the staff at Ballincurrig Care Centre. Devoted wife of the late Seán, cherished Mam to Sandra, John, Michael and Aidan. Dearly loved Nan of Seán and Aodhán, loving sister to Mary O’Donovan, Maryrose De La Cour and the late Tom, Josie (Murphy), Mick, Tadgh and Paul, sister-in-law of the late Patrick (O’Donovan).

 

Sadly missed by her daughters-in-law Martina (Lewis), Joan (O’Brien) and Geraldine (Quinlan), sisters-in-law Sr. Anita, Sheila, Margaret and Mo, brothers-in-law Peter and Jim, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, neighbours and friends especially Margaret Cashman.

 

May Eily Rest In Peace.

 

**** Due to the Orange Weather warning, the time of repose has changed ****

Eily will repose at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton on Sunday 29th from 6pm - 7.30pm followed by reception into the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton.

 

Requiem Mass on Monday 30th at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Mass will be available to view LIVE ONLY on www.midletonparish.ie
