Eily passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the exceptional care of

The Oak Ward, University Hospital, Waterford.

 

Monday 15th December 2025 aged 89 years R.I.P.

 

Predeceased by her beloved daughters Maria and Sharon.

 

Deeply regretted by her loving husband Peter. Eily will be sadly missed by her loving children Teresa, Billy, Peter, Bernadette, Paul, Noleen, Denise, David, Gary, Elaine and Michelle, her adoring grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-granddaughter. Eily will be fondly remembered by her sisters Breda, Josie and Teresa, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, extended family and many friends.

Reposing at Falconer's Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore (X91 TW21) on Thursday (18th December), from 5pm to 7pm, with prayers at 6pm. Requiem Mass on Friday (19th December), at 11am in The Sacred Heart Church, The Folly, Immediately afterwards Eily will be laid to rest in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner.

 

(Eily's funeral cortège will walk from the family home, 148 St. John's Park at 10:30am on Friday)
