(née Keenaghan),

Eileen died on September 26th 2025, peacefully with her family, in the loving care of the staff at Tullamore Regional Hospital. She was a former Principal of Lumcloon National School and is predeceased by her beloved husband Phelim, sister Sr. Anna Maria, brother Padraig and nephew Barry.

Eileen will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving family, Alan, Caitriona, Eoin and Fearghal, grandchildren, Annie, Jane, Alan, Evan and Setanta, brothers Kieran and Oliver, daughters-in-law, Helen, Michelle and Muireann, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Grant Eileen Eternal Rest and Peace

Eileen will repose at her home on Sunday (Sept. 28th) from 3pm to 7pm.

Removal on Monday afternoon (Sept. 29th) to St. Mary's Church, Cloghan where her Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 2pm and may be viewed on http://www.cloghanbanagherparish.ie. and will be laid to rest afterwards in Killourney Cemetery.
