Eileen Lawlor
(née Moynihan)

The death has occurred of Eileen Lawlor (née Moynihan), East End, Rathmore and formerly of Ballydesmond, on Thursday, 15th May 2025, peacefully after an illness bravely borne, surrounded by her beloved family and in the dedicated care of the staff at the Palliative Care Unit, Tralee.

Predeceased by her baby daughter Marie and husband John. Sadly, missed by her son T.J, her daughter-in-law Liz, brothers Donal, Noel and Eugene, sisters-in-law Mary and Siobhan, grandchildren, Amelia (Millie) and A.J., her Aunt Sr. Kathleen, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at the Adoration Chapel, Presentation Convent, Rathmore, on Friday, 16th May, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, followed by removal to St. Joseph’s Church, Rathmore (P51 R1W5). Requiem Mass for Eileen will take place on Saturday, 17th May, at 3:30pm, with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
