The death has occurred of Eileen Mahon (née Whaley) -
Friars Mill Road and formerly Ennell Court, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath - December 28th, 2025 (suddenly) at her home.

Predeceased by her husband Michael and son Derek, parents Joe and Nora (Whaley), brothers and sisters.

Eileen will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, daughter Laura and her husband Keith, sons Ross, Keith and his partner Emma, granddaughter Michaela, grandson Jayden, her sister Kathleen (Devaney), nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Gilsenan's Funeral Home, College Street. Mullingar (N91 K660) on Thursday 1st January 2026, from 4pm, concluding with prayers at 6pm. Eileen's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am on Friday 2nd January at the Cathedral of Christ the King, Mullingar. Funeral Mass may be viewed on the live webcam (Cathedral of Christ the King) at the link below.
Burial will take place in Ballyglass Cemetery.
