The death has occurred of
Eileen Matthews
(née Keene)
Matthews (Liam Healy Road, Fair Hill, Cork) on June 29th 2023, peacefully in the presence of her loving family at the Mercy University Hospital; Eileen (nee Keene). Beloved wife of Tim and much loved mother of Shirley, Sylvia, Sonya and the late infant Johanna. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, daughters, grandchildren Jack and Fionn, brother Jimmy, sons-in-law Conor and Keith, daughter-in-law Kate, cousins, neighbours and friends.
Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Sunday, 2nd July, from 3pm to 4pm. Service at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy on Monday, 3rd July, at 12 Noon. Eileen’s service will be live streamed on the following link: https://www.islandcrematorium.ie/services/. Those attending the Funeral home or Crematorium are asked to wear bright clothing.
