Eileen McCarthy
(née Barry)
McCARTHY (Glanmire and formerly of Knockraha, Co.Cork): on September 13th, 2025, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at the Cork University Hospital, EILEEN (née Barry), much loved mam of Nicole, John, Fiona and Ed, dear sister of Mary, Pat and the late Bobby.
Deeply missed by her loving family, son-in-law Peter, daughter-in-law Melanie, Fiona’s partner Tom, Ed’s partner Anne-Marie, grandchildren Isabel, Finley, Amelie and Jack, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Barry Bros. Funeral Home, Hazelwood, Glanmire , on Tuesday (September 16th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 2.00pm on Wednesday (September 17th) in St. Mary’s Church, Knockraha.
Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
