The death has occurred of
Eileen McKenna Cutler Agthe
Eileen McKenna Cutler Agthe of Ballybunion, Co. Kerry and formerly Connecticut, Florida & Berlin, died peacefully on 27th February 2026, cherished wife of Klaus, adored mother of Kate & David, dearest sister of Madeline, Patsy, Catherine, Terry and the late Mary & Tony, devoted grandmother of the late Conor and wife of the late Richard.
Sadly missed by her loving family, her grandchildren Emma, Tess & Ned, great grandchildren Leah & Jack, son-in-law John, daughter-in-law Anne, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law Tom & Paul, sister-in-law Anita, Klaus’ sons Volkmar & Thilo, her relatives and many friends.
Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Greenville, Listowel on Friday (6th March) from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. John’s Church, Ballybunion on Saturday morning at 10.30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Eileen will be celebrated at 11 a.m. (streamed on www.facebook.com/stjohnsparishballybunion). Interment afterwards in St. John’s Churchyard Cemetery, Ballybunion.
