O’MAHONY (Bendemeer Park, Cork): On January 19th, 2026, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff of St. Camillus’s Ward, Marymount, EILEEN (née O’Connor). Beloved wife of the late David; much loved mother of Seamus, Denis and David; dear sister of Margaret and her late siblings Kitty, Fr. Denis, Julia (Sr. Eucharia), Mary (Sr. Dominica), Billy, Jackie and Pat. Mother-in-law of Karen, Paula and Cordula; grandmother of James, Helena, Daniel, Julia and Robbie; and great-grandmother of Rían and Fiadh.

Sadly missed by her family, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Thursday (January 22nd) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Friday (January 23rd) in the Church of the Holy Spirit, Dennehy’s Cross which can be viewed here

Funeral afterwards to St. Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road.
