SIMPSON (Carrigaline and formerly of Douglas, Cork): On 16th March 2023, peacefully in the exceptional care of Marymount Hospice, EILEEN (née Moore), was a strong independent woman, predeceased by her husband Paddy.

Dearly loved by her children Kieran, Emer (Kitteringham), Páraic, Niamh (Quain), Fergal, her 15 wonderful grandchildren, daughters-in-law Margaret, Anne and Majella, sons-in-law George and Jim, sisters Bernice and Anne, sisters-in-law Eileen and Peggy, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Reposing in the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Monday (March 20th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 12noon on Tuesday (March 21st) in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Ballinlough which can be viewed on

Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
