The death has occurred of Eileen Smyth (Née Ginnell), Ballinrink, Oldcastle, Co. Meath, formerly of Ross Co. Meath, on Friday 8th September 2023, peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family.

Predeceased by her loving husband Thomas, her brothers Pat & Michael, sisters Philomena and Kathleen. Eileen will be sadly missed by her sons Fergus & Edward, daughters Deirdre, Siobhán & Sarah, her brother James, daughter-in-law Sandra, sons-in-law Daniel, Richard & Prasad, her grandchildren, brothers & sisters in law, cousins, nieces, nephews and all of her neighbours and friends.

Thank you to the carers and medical staff who cared for Eileen over the past few months.

May Eileen Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her family home in Ballinrink on Saturday 9th September from 5pm until 8pm. Removal from her residence on Sunday morning to Ss. Brigid & Fiach’s Church, Ballinacree, for funeral mass at 12.30pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House Private Sunday morning.
